What is personal information?
Personal information is information that can be explicitly used to identify you, contact you as an individual, as a member of the Dresden Agricultural Society or as a participant, commercial exhibitor/vendor at the Dresden Exhibition. This includes but is not limited to information such as your real name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and photograph.

Dresden Agricultural Society collects personal information about you when you specifically and knowingly provide it to the Society.

How is the personal information used?
Personal information enables Dresden Agricultural Society to notify you of the ongoing functions of the Society. Personal information in regard to members such as your name and telephone number may be published in the fair book when needed to identify a contact person for a specific event. Personal information on the participants and/or commercial exhibitors/vendors is used to inform you of upcoming events related to the Dresden Agricultural Society.

When does Dresden Agricultural Society share my personal information?
Dresden Agricultural Society will NOT release your personal information, other than described above, with these exceptions:
-When you give us permission to do so
- When we believe, in good faith, that the law requires it
- To protect the rights or properties of Dresden Agricultural Society

When else might Dresden Agricultural Society use my personal information?
In the event of a claim for insurance, we may request further information from you. Any personal information collected shall be kept confidential at all times except as already explained to you. You may request a copy of your personal information we have on file at any time.

We will retain your information for the time required and for the purposes we explained to you.
