Commercial exhibitors/vendors must have their booths open by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2008 and must not be removed before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2008. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE ARENA AFTER 5 P.M., THURSDAY, JULY 24, 2008.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL BOOTHS AND REFUSE
COMMERCIAL EXHIBITOR/VENDOR PARTICIPATION BASED ON
OUR FINDINGS WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.

AS OF Jan. 2006, HYDRO INSPECTION IS MANDATORY OF ALL HYDRO CONNECTIONS AND SUPPLY CORDS and "MUST MEET CODE". INSPECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE, Fri. July 25th AT APPROXIMATELY 4:00pm. ANY VENDOR NEEDING HYDRO AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSPECTION FEES.

Exhibitors must forward the full amount for applicable space plus GST on or before July 10, 2008. Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to the DRESDEN AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY and mailed with the bottom portion of this contract to the Secretary-Treasurer, P.O. Box 790, Dresden ON N0P 1M0.
